As part of the activities to mark their 13th-15th Annual Reunion, members of the prestigious UNILAG Law Class of 1983 paid a courtesy visit to the National President, Dr. John Momoh, OON, NPOM, at the Alumni secretariat on Wednesday (yesterday).
The delegation which was led by Hon. Justice Mobolaji Ojo, President, Ogun State Customary Court of Appeal and President of the Flagship Class also had Hon. Justice Idowu Alakija of the Lagos High Court, Lagos Division (also Chair of LOC, Eko 2019-2022), Mr. Adeyinka Adeyemi – Member, LOC, Mrs. Chidinma Iheme – Member, LOC, Mr. Abiodun Oloye (San Francisco – Member, LOC & Member of BOT and Mr. Tayo Ajibulu, Member, LOC
The Flagship class boasts of eminent Nigerians including the current speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila, Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, Hon. Justice John Tsoho, many eminent Judges and the highest number of Senior Advocates of Nigeria (SANs).
President of the class, Hon. Mobolaji Ojo in his opening remark hailed the National President Worldwide for his exemplary and sterling leadership qualities while pledging the loyalty of the Class to his administration .
He thanked him for his many supports to their Alumni set – both officially and personally.
Responding, Dr. John Momoh, expressed his great respect for the judges – Their Lordships, in the delegation and extolled the spirit of camaraderie and brotherhood championed by the class over the years and promised to continue to support them.
The line of activities shows that there will be the now very popular’ Night with the President”, Tour of the faculty and the Grand Gala night.
A special invite was also made to the President Worldwide to attend the Grand Gala on Saturday at a prestigious location in Lagos.
