Still on a cheering note which we all need at this trying moment.
Congratulations to another great Alumnus – Professor David Adewale Oke (a 1974 -1980 Alumnus (Intercalated) on his emergence as the new Provost, College of Medicine University of Lagos.
Professor Oke is a Professor of Medicine (Cardiology) and a Consultant Cardiologist with the Lagos University Teaching hospital (LUTH).
He had served as the Chief Medical Director of the Lagos State University Teaching hospital (LASUTH) for two tenures of 8 years among many other achievements.
He succeeds the incumbent Provost Professor FEA Lesi.
Thus the College is set to have an Alumnus Provost succeeding another.
We celebrate you Sir and wish you an impact making tenure.
