Dr. John Momoh, OON
National President
John Momoh is the Chairman of the Channels Media Group, and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Channels Television. He is a renowned broadcast journalist with a vast experience spanning four decades.
Before founding Channels, John worked variously as Senior News Anchor, Reporter and Producer for Nigeria’s National Radio and Television Stations, (Radio Nigeria and Nigerian Television Authority).
In 23 years, he has gone from being a star employee to creating a multi-million dollar media enterprise, employing over 400 staff, across Nigeria and Africa, and reaching the World, with the same business model that analysts predicted would fail. His vision, passion and tenacity are balanced by a willingness to re-invent and pivot where necessary.

Chief (Dr.) Fassy Yusuf

Chief Fassy Adetokunboh Yusuf (Ph.D., Dip.CAM, Dip.Mkg (CIM), Dip.CAM Hons, M.B.A(UK), M.Sc, LL.B (Hons), B.L,M.CAM(UK), FCTI, frpa, FNIPR, FCBIM, FNIMN, FIoD) is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Commonwealth Lawyers Association and International Bar Association (and its former African Representative on Ethics). Dr. Yusuf is a founder member and member of the Council of World Journalism Education Council. He is the Chief Executive of Chief F. A. O. Yusuf & Co.(Legal Practitioners & Notary Public)and VDG International Ltd. He is also a director of many other companies. He was a former director of the Federal Government-owned Tafawa Balewa Square Investments Limited and Chairman of the defunct Sketch Press Limited.

Chief Adebisi Ogundipe
National Secretary
Chief Adebisi Ogundipe is a Legal practitioner and a Principal Partner of Adebisi Ogundipe & Co. He is also presently the CEO of BIMS Consulting Services Ltd.
He worked at WAPIC Insurance as the Company Secretary from February 2007 to February 2013 and he was the Group Administrator and Personnel Manager of De Tastee Fried Chicken from May 2002 to April 2004.
Chief Adebisi Ogundipe was the former, Head of Treasury Primrose Savings and Loans, and the former Head of Consumer Banking Ideal Savings and Loans.

Mazi Ejims Osita Moses

Mazi Ejims Osita Moses is a clearing and forwarding agent and is the Logistics Manager at PEE-Shipping Ltd, a leading shipping and freight forwarding firm in Nigeria.
He is a member of the Nigerian Union of Journalist (NUJ), Shippers council, Export Promotion Council, Association of Free Forwarders.
He is also a noble member of the royal cabinet of the traditional ruler of the ancient Kingdom of Amaimo, Imo State.

Mrs Regina Chris Ogbodo
National Publicity Secretary
Regina Chris-Ogbodo is a Broadcast journalist with more than two decades of experience.
She began her career as a Newscaster with Supercreen TV where she rose to being a Sub Editor before moving to Business TV as Head Programmes and Presentation anchoring the flagship morning show with Ace Business news Editor, Boason Omofaye.
Worked with Wfm 91.7 and became Head Programmes, News and Presentation.
She is the Visioneer, The Widow's Might and the Anchor, The Widow's Might on Two radio stations and a member of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations , (NIPR) and a member of a number of NGOs.
Regina is the CEO of Reggypanache Training Consult, a training company for individuals and corporate bodies on diction, Elocution and Presentation as well as do Media consultancy.
She is an MC, Compere, Voice Over artiste and public Speaker with huge interest in Women/ girls and young people's development.
Author of "The Normal Moderator" and a Deaconess with The Redeemed Evangelical Mission. ( Trem).

Dr. Abdul Gbadamosi
National Social Secretary
Dr. Abdul Olalekan Gbadamosi is a descendant of Alara Royal family of Ilara-Epe, Lagos and the current Bashorun of Ilara- Epe, Lagos state.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Law, doctorate degree in Business Administration, Masters in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management.
He has imparted knowledge over the years – lecturing at the University of Lagos, Faculty of Management Sciences at both undergraduate and post-graduate levels.

Barr. Olajide Olakanmi
National Legal Adviser
Olajide Olakanmi “Panaf” is the founding and principal partner of the firm. He obtained his B.sc, M.sc, LL.B degrees from the University of Lagos (UNILAG) and was called to the Nigerian Bar year 2000. He is a member of both the Nigerian Bar Association and the International Bar Association. He has practiced extensively in all the superior courts of Nigeria. He is an entrepreneur with an interest in education, the environment, and printing.
Panaf was deeply involved in the democratic struggles that saw the end of military rule in Nigeria. He was arrested and detained severally and his printing press "Panaf Press" sealed up for months. He withdrew tactically from political activism on the return to pseudo-democracy in 1999 to concentrate on practice and nurturing businesses.

Mr. Harris Alade
National Treasurer
Mr. Alade, Akinsehinwa Sanya Harris is a Professional and Practicing Accountant. He runs a firm of Chartered Accountants, Harris Alade & Co. as Managing Partner.
He is a graduate of Economics from the Faculty of Social Science, University of Lagos (1984).
He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) with 28 years of post-qualification experience both in the private sector and professional practice.
He had audit training at a reputable International accounting firm named Panell Kerr Forster between 1985-1990, where he had great exposure to all facets of accountancy from a very early stage in life.
He has worked in different levels, from Internal Audit Manager to the level of finance Director between 1985 and 2011.
Mr. Alade, Akinsehinwa Sanya Harris has over the years, trained treasurers and other accounting personnel on accounting software, general financial oversight, funding and fundraising, financial planning and budgeting etc.
He has been an Independent Auditor to the alumni association for ten (10) years, providing a platform for understanding the association’s accounting and financial systems deeply.

Mr. Rasulu Taiwo
National Financial Secretary
Mr. Rasulu Taiwo is a Chartered Accountant, Financial Consultant, and the founder of RASOLUTION Consult and TRANSULT Nigeria, specializing in financial consulting and production of software.
He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN), Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA) – Britain. He holds an ACCA certificate on International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS). He is also a member of the ICAN’s Faculty of Forensic Accounting. He holds a Certificate in I.T-based Forensic Accounting.
He is currently the Head of Finance & Accounts of a Lagos state-owned general hospital.
He is a Lead Lecturer at SAFE Professional Associates, Lead Lecturer at of KPMG Academy, Facilitator for ICAN programmes, and consultants to leading companies in Nigeria.

Dr. Waheed Olagunju

Dr. Waheed A. Olagunju is the founder and CEO of WVL Development Advisers Ltd.
He retired from the Bank of Industry on 7th April 2019 upon attaining the mandatory retirement age of 60years after a distinguished career that spanned almost 29years. He began his banking profession with BOI’s precursor institution the Nigerian Industrial Development Bank (NIDB) in 1990 as a Senior Manager and rose to the position of Executive Director, Business Development (ED,BD) in 2012. He was reassigned as Executive Director, Small and Medium Enterprises (ED,SME) in August 2014. Dr.Olagunju acted twice as Managing Director and CEO of the bank between April and May 2014.
Dr.Olagunju headed five different departments that included serving as Company Secretary for 16 years and concurrently as General Manager, Strategic Planning, Corporate Secretariat and Corporate Communications for 6years and subsequently as Executive Director for 6years. He was actively involved with the reconstruction of NIDB into BOI. He worked meticulously with Messrs KPMG, which handled the exercise and the Federal Ministry of Industry.
Dr. Olagunju also coordinated the study of BOI by a Swedish Consultancy firm that was engaged by the African Development Bank. Dr.Olagunju is revered as one of the architects of BOI’s transformation from a marginal state-owned enterprise into one of Africa’s best Development Finance Institutions (DFI).

He is a graduate of Philosophy, University of Lagos. As an undergraduate, he served as the PRO of the Faculty of Arts Students Association (FASA). He was a member of the University of Lagos Students’ Union (ULSU) Transportation Committee and also a Parliamentarian of the same Union (1995) after which he contested for the post of ULSU President (1996).
Mr. Akinola Olumide Michael was a member of the State Mobilization Committee for the Governorship Election 2007 and served as a Special Adviser to the Chairman, Somolu Local Government (2008-2011).
